* Why did not receive all the items I paid for?
* The items that are out of stock at the time of packing will not be delivered. This will be a runtime issue, as the grocery stores are retail and the stock keeps moving. The undelivered items will be refunded within 24 hours of the delivery completion.

* What if I have reschedule or cancel my order?
If you have to cancel your order during the shopping or delivery process, your order total will be refunded after deducting processing charge. If you are unreachable at the time of delivery, we may cancel your order on your behalf and charge processing charge and will refund remaining amount if paid by credit card.

Groceries will be delivered in Dublin and surrounded area by trained ShopG Delivery personnel. Out side Dublin Fastway Courier Service.
