Schezwan Fried Rice Recipe
Craving something spicy for lunch or dinner? Then Schezwan Fried Rice is the perfect dish for you! Originating from the Sichuan province of China, Schezuan cuisine is characterised by bold flavours, brought about by pungent ingredients like garlic and chillies.
Ingredients:
1 packet of Ching’s Secret Schezwan Miracle Masala
3 tbsp. of oil
1 cup of chopped vegetables of your choice (cabbage, carrot, capsicum, onion, etc)
3 cups of boiled rice
Chopped spring onion for garnishing
Method:
Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan & stir-fry 1 cup of chopped vegetables of your choice (carrot, capsicum, onion, cabbage, French beans, etc) for 2-3 minutes.
Add 3 cups of boiled rice to the vegetables. Add 1 ½ tsp Ching’s Secret Schezwan Miracle Masala & stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
Your Schezwan Fried Rice is ready. Garnish with chopped spring onion & serve hot !
